Pop boyband Union J, who found fame through The X Factor in 2012, are made up of Josh Cuthbert, Jaymi Hensley, JJ Hamblett and George Shelley.

The boys are currently on their second tour. And last night, the Union J boys took their ‘An Audience With Union J’ tour to Nottingham.

The boys opted to do an intimate tour for their second tour, going for smaller venues than the last, allowing a more secluded performance, meaning all the fans got to meet the band themselves as well as enjoy their oldest songs, newest unreleased songs and popular covers.

I have had the pleasure of seeing these very talented boys live many a time and have met them quite a few times too – so it was nice to see them perform on yet another successful tour.

Q: “Apart from meeting me, *swishes hair sassily* what has been the highlight of your career so far?”

Josh: Well we haven’t seen you in almost a year so Id say that!

George: THIS! An Audience with Union J!

Josh: I’d say performing at the Summer Time Ball in Wembley was up there! OH AND KNOCKING OUT DISTRICT 3! I know it sounds pathetic but they were our main like rivals during the Live Shows and to knock them out ourselves was pretty sick.

JJ: I would have to coming on The X Factor for the very first time as an established band.

Q: “Who do you ‘fangirl’ over?”

Josh: Well we all know Jaymi’s…

Jaymi: Beyonce!

George: I don’t really fangirl over people but I fangirl over American Horror Story, I’m obsessed with it!

JJ: I’d have to say at the moment, Justin Bieber.. he’s on fire.

Q: Will you be touring again?

Jaymi: Providing the next single and album do well, we’re hopefully going to be doing something at the beginning of next year and then a tour at the end of the year.

Q: When is Jaymi’s wedding?

Jaymi: We have a habit of saying “next year” but in reality, we’re really happy where we are now, we’re just enjoying what we have and our time together, we were going for the whole magazine wedding but we’ve now decided to go for a small wedding.

Q: If you were to take me on a date, where would we go?

JJ: We all know I’d say Zizzi’s

Josh: I’d say a nice romantic meal.

Jaymi: Im more into an activities date, doing something in the day, it’s less awkward.

George: I’d go for like a midnight walk *aww*

The performance the boys gave was second to none, they interacted with their fans constantly and always impressed. Their tour concludes in London this weekend, after which the boys are off to complete their third album and release their new single.
